Bibingka (Philippines Dessert) + Recipe

YO GUYS!!

Kali ini, aku bakal ngeposting hasil-hasil praktek aku pas semester 2 kemaren (lagian ini aku postingnya juga random mau hasil praktek yang mana aja, entah itu semester 1 atau 2, suka suka)

Jadi kemaren pas semester 2, kita ada mata kuliah pengolahan makanan oriental, dosen pengajarnya tuh dosen PA kita juga, asik lah yah kaya belajar sama mama sendiri wkwk.

Okay..
Sekarang aku mau ngebahas hidangan dari Filipina!! karena hidangan Filipina ada lauk-pauk, makanan pokok, sayur, jajanan.. jadi dalam satu hidangan itu ada 1 kelompok yang ada 3-4 orang, dan kelompok itutuh netap dari pertama dibikin, dan masalah evaluasi, itu nilainya sendiri-sendiri, bukan kelompok, cuman ngehidangin di meja nya yang bareng-bareng.. sekalian sama kota yang lain juga.

Dan kali ini, aku bikin hidangan berupa jajanan dari Filipina, namanya Bibingka. bukan bingka ya genks, tapi BI-BING-KA. Sebenernya versi bibingka ini banyak banget ya, ada bibingka galapong (dari tepung beras), bibingkang malagkit (dari tepung ketan), cassava bibingka (dari tepung tapioka) dan bibingkang mandaue (gatau ini dari apaan, katanya sih cuman khas dari kota di Filipina gitu). Karena bingung nih yang dikonsultasiin sama temen aku tuh bibingka yang versi kegimana, akhirnya aku mutusin buat bikin bibingka galapong (yang paling banyak aku temuin di resep resep gitu) yaudah aku milih yang itu.

Jadi, pertama itu aku dikirimin resepnya sama temen satu kelompokku, dan disitu aku kaget, loh kok.. LOH KOK PAKE TELOR ASIN? INI RESEP GAK SALAH?? ya aku klarifikasiin dulu dong, itu resep beneran apa ngawur tuh.. masa iya pake telur asin. Ternyata pas aku browsing di google dan liat-liat tutorial bikinnya di youtube nih, RATA-RATA pada pake te-lor a-sin.
WAAHH.. 
inimah kayanya emang resepnya pake telor asin deh.. jadi si telor ini di potong, mau di slice utuh, atau slice separo, terserah, yang penting dijadiin toppingnya.
habis itu akunya dilema.. mau pake, apa engga nih..
lucu aja gitu, pas ntar dosennya makan bagian kuenya rasanya manis, pas udah ke bagian topping jadi asin gini, dan aku udah siap kena kritikan. engga kok, dosen ku yang ini engga sekejam itu, beliau lemah lembut dan kalo ngasih komentar tuh ga nyelekit dihati, pokoknya kalem mah kalo sama ibu Laili.

Akhirnya nih, H-3 sebelum praktek, aku bikin perencanaan prakteknya dan aku udah tentuin bakal pake telor asin! serah dah. rasanya ngaco biarin, yang penting udah ngikutin khas dari Filipinanya sana. yakali aku ngubah resep khasnya, seenak jidat aja -_-

Daaann..
H-1 nya aku belanja-belanja bahan yang awet, sedangkan bahan yang diperlukan dalam keadaan masih fresh belinya besok pagi aja. Lagian kostku deket banget ama pasar. dekeeeet banget.

Ini, waktunya, memasak.
Aku bikinnya udah sesuai banget sebanget-bangetnya sama resepnya.. dan awas aja kalo sampe gagal!
Jadi, pas udah ng-oven nih, aku jadi rada gugup gitu, soalnya udah hampir 35 menit dan bibingka nya tuh masih cair gitu (tengahnya), tapi bagian atas sama pinggir-pinggir udah mateng, gimana ga gugup coba, di resep nya itu cuman 30 menit udah jadi, lah ini punyaku beluuuumm. Akhirnya kata temenku tunggu aja, mungkin itu agak lama. Ya-Udah.. aku tunggu.. dan aku juga parno kalo misalkan bibingka nya gak jadi.

Masalah resep aku sama sekali ga terikat sama waktu yang dicantuminnya. Soalnya aku pake oven listrik dan lebih dari 30 menit, di recipe udah aku ubah kok. Finally, hampir 50 menit aku nungguin dan pas dikeluarin dari oven. Alhamdulillah udah mateng, aaa senengnya hati ini.. menurutku wajar banget sih yah lama ng-ovennya.. soalnya adonan bibingkanya tuuh caaaiiiirrrrr banget sumpeh. dan kalian tau, di meja evaluasi tuh temen aku udah pada ready nunggu evaluasi, dan beberapa masih plating, sedangkan aku BARU MAU plating. gugup ih kurang 8 menitan lagi waktunya iniiiihh..
Aku buru-buru aja motong bibingkanya.. aku plating dan YAK!!! my bibingka already to get evaluated yeay.

Jadi nih, pas lagi evaluasi, ibu Lailinya tuh enjoy banget nyicip bibingka nya, komentarnya juga ga kaya yang aku bayangin diatas tadi.. intinya, menurut ibu Laili, bibingka ku enak, rasanya pas dan udah gitu aja (kita sebenernya satu kloter itu kalo udah evaluasi semuanya harus ngumpul di meja evaluasi, dan yang beruntung bakalan disuruh ibu Laili buat nyicip hidangan yang menurut ibunya harus dicicipin, misalnya hidangan yang enak banget dan hidangan yang gak enak banget).


Itu kalian tau kenapa kaya kebelah gitu?
Okay.. let me tell ya..
Ceritanya bisa kebelah tuh gara gara daun pisangnya.. berhubung adonannya cairrr banget.. namanya daun kan ya,, tipis.. yaudah aku ga nyalahin daunnya. Aku yang salah,, soalnya aku motong daunnya tuh ga utuh 1 daun, melainkan 2 daun yang aku taruh di loyangnya hhheemmzz masih amatiran kakak. yang penting jadi dah,, udah.

Sebenernya, pas lagi plating tadi beberapa temenku pada nyicip bibingkanya (ini udah biasa kalo lagi mau plating gini mah) dan mereka bilang bibingka nya enak dan gurih gitu, buru-buru aku langsung nyicip plus yang kebagian telur asinnya, dan ternyata bener.. waah ternyata ga seperti yang aku bayangkan.. rasanya enak loh genks.. ada gurih gurih gitu.. sumpah aku suka bangeet..

Ohiya. 
Jadi tiap postingannya aku bakal nyertain recipe nya juga sesuai yang aku bikin..

Ingredient :
How To :
Tepung beras 1 cup
Baking powder 2 sdt
Garam ¼ sdt

Butter ¼ cup
Gula 1 cup
Telur 3

Susu cair  ¼ cup
Santan 1 cup




Telur asin
Keju

Margarin
Kelapa parut
Masukkan semua bahan, aduk hingga rata. Sisihkan.



Pada mangkuk yang lain, masukkan butter dan tambahkan gula, aduk rata.
Tambahkan telur dan kocok hingga semua bahan tercampur rata.


Tuang adonan tadi kedalam mangkuk berisi tepung, baking powder dan garam. Aduk hingga rata.
Tuangkan santan dan susu kedalam mangkuk tersebut, aduk rata.
Tuang adonan bibingka kedalam mangkuk besar yang telah dialasi daun pisang. Oven dalam suhu 175o C selama 15 menit.

Setelah itu keluarkan, dan beri potongan telur asin diatas adonan tadi dan taburi keju parut. Oven lagi hingga 15 menit.

Setelah itu keluarkan kue bibingka dari oven dan olesi dengan margarin lalu taburi kelapa parut.

NB : Kelapa parutnya yang masih fresh
Silahkan bikin sendiri bagi yang penasaran rasanya bibingka keapa.
